Kristin Finn is an Ann Arbor native and University of Michigan alumnae (BSE & MSE Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering). She is an active member of the Ann Arbor non-profit community, working extensively over the years with the Junior League of Ann Arbor, C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and Cause for a Party. Kristin currently serves as chair of Event on Main, a fundraiser benefitting the Charles Woodson Clinical Research Fund at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. Outside of her work with non-profits, Kristin enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, designing and decorating unique cakes, and watching any type of Michigan sporting event. She resides in Ann Arbor with her husband Patrick, daughters Audrey (12) and Evelyn (9), and not-so-small puppy Ranger.
Kristin is excited (and nervous!) to get the opportunity to join Dancing with the Michigan Stars and raise awareness and funds for the Charles Woodson Clinical Research Fund.
The Woodson Fund supports the groundbreaking work of physicians and scientists seeking to find cures, improve therapies, and deliver better outcomes to patients and families. Their work is vital, as they are making extraordinary discoveries that change lives. They have been able to accelerate promising studies and move closer to finding better treatments and cures for kids with cancer, cystic fibrosis, autism, sickle cell disease, diabetes, and many other conditions.

Charles Woodson Clinical Research Fund
Here at Dancing with the Michigan Stars, our mission is to combine our love of dance with community outreach. For the past five years we have been reaching out to our community via our DWTMS fundraising event, through which we donate the proceeds to a local charity. With this year’s format we are going to share the love with an ultimate dance off with funds going to dancer’s choice of organization. The top 2 winners of the night, People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice, will receive a portion of the proceeds from the night as a bonus donation from Dancing with the Michigan Stars to their chosen charity.
